Isabelle is known for her quick thinking and her sharp analytical skills. Her scientific side has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of complex medical questions arising from all kinds of disability cases. With Isabel, no stone is left unturned! She enjoys devoting her spare time to her love of photography and passion for horticulture. Isabelle stands out by bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table alongside her ability to broker creative solutions and make herself readily available to assist both her clients and colleagues.
Isabelle joined the firm in 1999 while she was a student and has pursued her career there ever since.
From early on in her career, Isabelle became interested in everything related to occupational health and safety law, as well as labour relations. She is regularly consulted about matters relating to absenteeism, accommodation, claims of discrimination (both at hiring and on the job), psychological harassment as well as occupational health and safety and employment injury. She is also called upon in matters relating to disciplinary and administrative measures.
Isabelle represents and advises employers before all authorities, whether it be Québec’s administrative labour tribunal (TAT) or civil and grievance arbitration tribunals. She has defended numerous cases, notably before the TAT.
Always open to the idea of settling out of court, she is an accredited civil and commercial law mediator.
Responsible for writing the firm's legal column in Health and Safety
Isabelle is invited to speak by clients and organizations and at conferences and notably presented a training session on work attendance management to more than 1,200 managers.

Isabelle is particularly meticulous and proficiently masters every case to which she is assigned. She has, moreover, served as a collaborator on several cases before the higher courts up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada.
