Lise-Anne likes to think of herself an adopted daughter of her beloved Magdalen Islands. She has a solid reputation among employers and those who work alongside her, whether they be clients or colleagues.

Lise-Anne joined Monette Barakett in 1981 and was a partner from 1989 to 2023. She has consistently been very involved with the firm and served as an executive committee member for five years.

She took the title of retired lawyer on April 1st , 2023, which allows her to work as an advisor in occupational health and safety. She is sought-after for her expertise in relation to accommodation obligations and psychological harassment complaints.

Lise-Anne is a member of the organization Les Ailes de l’Espérance and helps it fundraise for its safe drinking water initiatives in Peru.

Throughout her career, Lise-Anne has offered many training sessions and lectures on current law topics, primarily related to occupational health and safety and work attendance management.

Lise-Anne was included in the 2020 to 2024 edition of The Best LawyersTMin Canada in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law.
