Claire is known for her liveliness and cheerful demeanour. She is organized and an active listener, both essential skills in her role at the firm.
Claire joined the firm in 1984 as a legal assistant. In 2004, she completed her human resources management certificate from Université du Québec à Montréal. She has been the administrative and human resources coordinator for the firm ever since.
Claire oversees the firm’s day-to-day affairs. She manages the recruitment of administrative personnel and oversees policy and program implementation. Her role, both strategic and participative, is central to the operations of the firm’s initiatives, the quality of its client services and HR processes, and the ongoing renewal of its practices.
She served for over ten years on the firm’s marketing committee.
She organizes the firm’s various social events, activities and she serves on the firm’s charitable works committee.
Claire has been co-president of the HR committee of Québec’s association of legal administrators (AQAJ) since January 2017 and serves on the AQAJ’s executive committee.
She is a member of the CHRA, Québec’s order of certified HR and industrial relations professionals.
