Jean-François advises public and private sector managers on a daily basis about any and all aspects of labour relations. He regularly pleads cases before all labour law authorities and all civil law tribunals, and also serves as collective bargaining negotiator. Jean-François is regularly called upon to address matters relating to public procurement and to resolve contract performance issues, notably pertaining to construction contracts. He also represents work providers before the courts.
