Competitive at heart, strong of 15 years of competitive gymnastics, Stéphanie enjoys challenges and is not afraid of pressure. She stands out for her dynamism, versatility and conciseness. She makes herself available for her clients and peers and never hesitates to lend a hand.

Stéphanie joined the firm in 2001 as an articling student. She became a partner in 2011 and has been a member of the Executive Committee since September 2017. Over the years, she has been involved in most of the firm’s committees. She acts as a mentor and she is committed to talent development and knowledge transfer. Stéphanie obtained a certification in Leadership from the Institute of Management and Leadership in 2018.

Since the beginning of her career, she has been interested in health law as well as all questions surrounding employment law and labour relations, the management of teams and individuals.

In health law, she is regularly consulted on issues relating to the administration and governance of institutions, complaint files, provision of services, management of professionals (doctors, dentists, pharmacists, midwives), management of intermediate and family-type resources, calls for tenders and contracts.

In labour relations and OHS, she supports her clients in employment injuries and cost imputation, absenteeism management, accommodation, discrimination, harassment, disciplinary and administrative measures. Stéphanie represents and advises employers before all court levels, including the various divisions of the Administrative Labour Tribunal, grievance arbitration tribunals and civil courts. She has defended over five hundred cases brought before various bodies, and has negotiated agreements in more than a thousand cases.  She used her negotiating skills in the latest negotiations on local provisions of collective agreements in the health and social services sector.

In civil litigation, she has been involved in several proceedings, including class actions.
