Anne-Frédérique joined the firm in January 2022 as part of a COOP internship. She later completed her professional Bar internship there in 2023.
During her academic journey, she participated in a clinical activity with a judge of the Court of Québec, which allowed her to refine her research and writing skills. She also worked as a law student in the legal department of an Integrated Health and Social Services Centre.
At Monette Barakett, Anne-Frédérique primarily practices in occupational health and safety and labour relations, as well as in health and social services law and civil litigation.

She also pleads before the Administrative Labour Tribunal when disputes arise. Additionally, she completed a secondment mandate with a client of the firm to assist in the daily management of their occupational health and safety files. This experience deepened her understanding of the practical challenges employers face in managing workplace attendance.
