Fluently bilingual, he litigates on behalf of employers particularly when it comes to grievance arbitration but also before Québec’s administrative labour tribunal and the province’s superior courts. He has also pleaded important cases before the Québec Court of Appeals. For several years now, he has pursued an interest in work reorganization within the health and social services sector (Bill 30) as well as in human rights in the context of labour relations.
