Gabriel joined the firm in 2018 after completing his professional Bar internship there.

Within the firm, he primarily works in the fields of labor relations and occupational health and safety.

He is involved in cases related to workplace injury claims and advises clients on their day-to-day labor relations management, particularly regarding grievance handling, psychological harassment situations, and the imposition of disciplinary or administrative measures. He regularly pleads before the Administrative Labour Tribunal and arbitration boards. His practice has also led him to appear before higher courts in the context of judicial review applications.

Gabriel also acts as a spokesperson in collective agreement negotiations, both at the local and national levels, particularly in the early childhood center (CPE) sector and the health and social services sector.

He also drafts legal proceedings, legal opinions, contract drafts, internal policies, and regulations.

He collaborates on various publications, provides training and is a member of the firm’s articling students recruitment committee.

During his university career, Gabriel was awarded five mentions of excellence and appeared on the Université de Montréal’s dean’s list for his academic achievements. As such he received a number of bursaries including one relating to work on collective labour relations and individual employment contracts.

Gabriel was named in the 2024 and 2025 editions of The Best LawyersTM in Canada : Ones To Watch in labour and employment law.
