Admission to the bar
LL.B., Université de Montréal, 2017
Known for being dynamic, authentic and intrinsically athletic, Gabriel rises before any new challenge. To wit, he completed his first triathlon in June 2018. His ability to quickly understand the legal issues brought to him in his work at the firm makes him an integral player on the legal team and an asset to his clients.
After having completed his bar internship with Monette Barakett, Gabriel started working at the firm in 2018.
While studying law, Gabriel was given the opportunity to complete a one-year internship alongside a judge from the Superior Court of Québec.
His work at the firm is focused primarily on labour relations, civil litigation and occupational health and safety.
Gabriel is called upon to work cases involving occupational injury claims and to advise clients in their day-to-day management of labour relations, specifically for matters relating to implementing disciplinary or administrative measures. In addition to helping prepare cases by undertaking jurisprudence and doctrinal research, he also drafts proceedings, legal opinions as well as contract, policy and internal regulation proposals.
Gabriel is also called upon to plead cases before civil tribunals on matters of medical and institutional care ordinances.
He also serves as collaborator for various publications and works as well as for training sessions led by the firm.
Achievements, implications, awards

As such he received a number of bursaries including one relating to work on collective labour relations and individual employment contracts.
