Since 2012, Guillaume has represented a diverse employer clientele, including SMEs, large corporations, employer associations, and public and parapublic organizations. His clients operate in sectors such as retail, health and social services, education, early childhood, and municipal affairs. A partner at the firm since 2024, he supports his clients in managing their employment law and labor relations issues.

Immersed in employment law and labor relations since his student days, Guillaume has developed significant expertise in the imposition of disciplinary and administrative measures, business restructuring, and the application and interpretation of collective agreements.

He regularly drafts legal opinions, pleadings, and various corporate policies.

His specialized skills often lead him to act as an employer negotiator during collective agreement negotiations. He advises on negotiation strategies, interprets, and drafts collective agreement texts.

Guillaume has also gained solid experience managing cases related to union pressure tactics and essential services during strikes, notably through applications for redress and injunctions.

Administrative law, occupational health and safety, and issues related to human rights and freedoms are also areas in which he specializes.

Guillaume handles cases regardless of their stage. He provides advice both in day-to-day human resources and labor relations management and in emergency or crisis situations.

His practice in civil litigation and class actions enables him to offer comprehensive support in dispute resolution.

As part of his practice, Guillaume has also carried out outsourcing mandates to support clients in managing files primarily related to labor relations. Additionally, he provides in-house training on various topics tailored to client needs and aimed at better equipping them.

Guillaume is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the MRC de l’Assomption and actively participates in the activities.
