Guillaume is known for being sharp, thorough, and determined. He is also known for his sense of calm. He faithfully stays abreast of ongoing developments in all his areas of interest and expertise.

Guillaume started practicing law in 2012 as a part of the legal team of a boutique firm that represents employers. Since then, he has represented a clientele composed of SME, large companies as well as public and parapublic organizations, working in particular in the fields of health and social services, education and municipal.

Immersed in labour and employment law since he was a student, Guillaume developed great expertise in the application and interpretation of collective agreements, the application of disciplinary and administrative measures, and in organizational restructuring.

He also serves as negotiator during collective bargaining as the employer’s representative and advises clients on negotiation strategies. He also interprets and drafts texts to be folded into collective agreements.

Guillaume also specializes in administrative law, occupational health and safety, and matters pertaining to human rights.

Guillaume readily steps up to the plate no matter the stage of a particular case. He regularly writes legal opinions and proceedings as well as a range of different company policies.

As part of his practice, Guillaume has also outsourced his work to further support his clients, namely in the management of labour relations. He also leads training sessions on various topics to help organizations better meet their needs.

Guillaume is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the MRC de l’Assomption and actively participates in the activities.
